WOMAN IN ARTLAND vol.2 高校生社会起業家れいなちゃん/social entrepreneur Reina

バリ島の我が家で１０日間を一緒に過ごした東京の現役高校３年生のれいなちゃん、にインタビューしてみました。れいなちゃんのしたいこと、生き方在り方を、私たちも祝福！また再会できるといいな！

1.     れいなちゃんの今、高校３年生ライフについて教えてください。
Please tell us about your 3rd grade high school life right now.

私は今インドネシアに来て10日目で（２０１９年１２月２４日時点）、環境問題やビジネスについて学んでいます。この後はヨガ、そして孤児院に訪れ、約2ヶ月間滞在する予定です。高校3年生のこの時期は受験シーズン、卒業前ですが、私は思い切って日本を飛び出しました。既に自分のパワーアップを感じています！
I have been in Indonesia for 10 days by now (as at 24th December 2019) and am learning about environmental issues and business. After this I will be spending time for yoga and also visit orphanage,  so will stay in Indonesia for another 2 months. Although I am in the third grade of high school – very busy time for exam season and before graduation, I ventured out of Japan. I already feel my level is up!



2.     この１０日間、バリ島で過ごしてみて特に印象に残ったことは？
What was your most impressive experience over the last 10 days in Bali?

ゴミ山と自然の大切さです。
プラスチックゼロという意識が広まり、私なりにもゴミ問題に対して考えてはいましたが、実際にゴミ山を見た時の衝撃は忘れられません。考えているだけでは遅いと気付かされました。
10日間という長いようで短い間ですが、ラフティングや焚き火、葉っぱから作るindigo t-shirtsなど沢山のことを経験させていただきました。危険から人々を守るために禁止することも大切だと思いますが、自然と触れ合い、少しの危険を犯すことも大切であり、良い経験だと感じました。
Garbage pile and the importance of nature.
People started to raise awareness of zero plastic and I was actually thinking about the problem of garbage, but seeing the actual garbage pile (huge one!) is unforgettable. I realized that just thinking was not good enough, can be too late.
It seemed 10 days was long but it was actually a short time, but I experienced a lot of things such as rafting in the river, bonfire and natural indigo dyeing. It may be important to ban something to protect people from danger, but it's also important to be in the nature and take some risks. I think these are actually good experiences.

3.     普段、休日はどんなことをして過ごしていますか？
What do you usually do on holidays?

家族や友達とお出掛けしたり、会いたいと思った人に会いに行ったり、公園でヨガをしたりしています。
I go out with family and friends, meet people I want to meet, and do yoga in the park.


4.     今行きたい旅先は？
Where do you want to go now?

アメリカ、ギリシャ、タイ、インドネシアです(笑)
America, Greece, Thailand and Indonesia.


5.     おしゃれのポイントは？
What is your fashion point?

シンプルです。自分の着たい服を着ますが、シンプルが好きです。
Simple. I wear what I want to wear, but I like it simple.


6.     人生に欠かすことのできないもの３つは何ですか？
What are the three essential things in your life?

-笑うこと

誰かと一緒に笑うって本当に幸せなことだと思うんです。お腹が痛くなるくらい笑うことが最高です。
-食べること
美味しいものを食べることが大好きです！エネルギーが湧いて元気になります！
-遊ぶこと
実は無邪気に遊ぶことがすごく好きです。全てにおいて遊ぶ精神は欠かせないと思います。例えば勉強も、学ぶ遊びとして楽しみながらやることが重要だと思います。

-Laugh
I think laughing with someone is very happy thing to do! Best to laugh so hard my stomach hurts!

-Eating
I love eating delicious food! It gives me the energy to go on!

-Play
I really like playing innocently. I think the spirit of playing is indispensable in all. For example, I think it is important to study and have fun while learning.

7.     普段から心がけていることは？
What do you usually keep in mind?

自分らしくいることです。
集団でいると、特に日本だと自分らしさが失われてしまう時があるのですがそんな時に、私だからこそ、私だったらこうする、というような自分らしさを大切にするように心がけています。
Be myself.
When I'm in a group, I sometimes lose my personality especially in Japan. If I am in such situation, I try to value my own personality, like “If I am there, I would do this and that….because that is how I am”. 

8.     至福の時を感じるのはどんな時？
When do you feel bliss?

私の第2のファミリーでもあるインドネシアの孤児院の子ども達と遊んでいる時です。あの可愛い笑顔を見ると癒されます。
I am very happy when I play with the children at the orphanage in Indonesia who are my second family. I am healed when I see their cute smile.


9.     人生の転機は？
What was the turning point in your life?

高校受験を決めた時です。中高一貫校に通っていましたが、高校生だからこそできる経験、可能性を広げたいと思い、今の総合高校に入学しました。そこから高1でインドネシアの孤児院ボランティアに参加したり、生徒会長を務めたり、とにかくやりたいと思ったことに全力で取り組んできました。今思うと、この道を選んで良かったなと思います。サポートをしてくれた家族、関わってくれたすべての人に感謝です。
It was when I decided to take a high school exam. I was attending a combined junior and high school, but I wanted to expand the experience and possibilities that only high school students can. So, I chose to go to the current comprehensive high school. From there I volunteered at the orphanage in Indonesia during my 1st grade time, worked as a student president. I did my best to do everything I wanted to do. Looking back now, I am glad I chose this path. Thanks to my family and everyone involved to support me.

10.  こうあったらいいな、と今一番願っていることは？
What do you want the most now? What is your dream?

社会貢献をする素敵な起業家になります！！
I will be a wonderful social entrepreneur!!
